Business Services:
- All fees associated with business registration, consulting, compliance, or other business-related services are non-refundable. Once a service has been initiated, no refunds will be provided, as work begins immediately to process your request.

Real Estate Solutions:
- For sales services, payments made for contracts, consulting fees, or transaction facilitation are non-refundable. Once a service agreement is in place or a transaction is initiated, no refunds can be issued.

Wholesale and Retail Sales:
- All sales of products from our wholesale and retail store are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds on items purchased. Exceptions may apply in cases of defective products, in which case a product exchange or credit may be issued at our discretion, provided that claims are made within 7 days of purchase and the product is unused and in its original condition.
Exceptions:
- In the rare case of an error on our part, such as incorrect service delivery or defective products, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to ensure client satisfaction. Any corrective actions, such as product replacement or service adjustment, will be made at our discretion.
